Parts Engineering

We can address your requirements, from one-off parts to large volume production.

Turning: our machines are capable of taking up to 3 inch dia bar.
Milling: conventional and cnc.
Welding: on- and off-site. In MIG, TIG, MMA.
Fabrication: including change part boards, change part trolleys, walkways, platforms, stairs, work benches security fencing, grills and access gates.
Small pipe work alterations and installations.

Machinery Maintenance

We also offer machine maintenance, servicing and overhaul services and can provide a 24-hour call out break-down service if required.

Health and Safety Services

We are also able to offer a range of Health and Safety services, from general advice to providing a Cdmc to manage your Health and Safety requirements on small or large scale projects. We can design and introduce to your company Health and Safety plans, policies, and carry out safety audits. We are able to produce risk and method statements for your company.
